Evaluating a school can be a highly emotive process. EduExcellence created the attached questionnaire to assist parents by posing a set of important questions that can then be answered for each prospective school. The questionnaire also allows parents to add their own questions.
There are two types of questions asked; simple ‘yes/no’ and questions that require answers on a scale of 1 to 5. Not all questions might be relevant to your situation so feel free to leave out such questions. So long as the question is left unanswered for all schools being evaluated it will not compromise the result.
